This is a very cool Bat Signal key chain.
At first it looks like a regular key chain but put it in light, any light and it starts blinking. The image will display for one second then disappear for one second. The brighter the light, the more completely the image vanishes on and off. It will continue endlessly this way when in light.

Here's the best part. It NEVER needs batteries. It has micro solar cells that do all the work.
